The strategy was not the best in the changing real estate landscape. Agent recommended advertising a low price and entertaining multiple offers above the asking price. I was not comfortable with this approach and we eventually settled on another price. A townhouse with the exact same floorplan and no updates (flooring, appliances, paint, etc.) about a block away was listed higher and sold for more than our unit. That listing was public several weeks prior to our listing. The agent had a family emergency that prevented him from providing service to us during the process.

Mark was great to work with and was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to get our house listed and sold in a matter of 3 days and was always able to answer our questions and walk us through the process. He was also super helpful when buying our new home. He worked at all hours of the day to write offers for us and was always willing to meet on a moments notice to go tour a home.
