Great communication with quick responses and very friendly. Highly recommend 👌

Elizabeth and Aidan went over and above to help me with the sale of my family home this year. They had excellent recommendations for upgrades to make my home more attractive to buyers, presented the market comparables very clearly and in the end we received a very good sale price. I was living in another state during the sale and they looked after the home for me and even helped with coordination of trades workers and moving my staging furniture prior to closing, They were also a big help in finding vendors and tradespeople for the upgrades, and window and interior cleaners. I can't say enough about how helpful they were given my situation. Elizabeth was also very good at communicating regularly and making clear decisions about initial pricing and price adjustments based on the market conditions. I was very pleased with the process and the end result. Thank you Donohue Team!

Kellie went above and beyond with the sale of our home. By far exceeded our expectations and made our process enjoyable. We highly recommend Kellie and thank her for her hard work and professionalism!

We sold our house quickly after taking the advice from Caprice on how to stage it well. It was challenging to switch up rooms but resulted in a quick sale. We then looked at many homes (it seems like a million!). Caprice was quick to set up appointments and take us through them. Once we found our house, she was integral in the negotiations to get a quality deal. My family and I just moved into our forever home! We are so thankful for the level of professionalism, customer service and expertise Caprice brought to our selling and buying experience.
