This was the third home we purchased with Nicole’s help, two were during a very hot seller’s market which meant multiple offers. Each time she was patient and committed to finding us the right home. She has the buyers best interest in mind and has a keen sense for pointing out pros/cons in each house we looked at. One example was the condition and number of windows to consider for future replacement costs given the price point of the home. Nicole’s use of market data to help manage realistic purchase offers within the context of current conditions as well as pricing a home to sell made the purchase and closing smooth. Dave and Jenny are fantastic. They take a team approach and they are easy to work with. I have used them for several real estate transactions over the years and I wouldn’t deal with anyone else. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
Dave was helpful with a selling price for the property and I think we were all not prepared with the renter leaving the property as it was left with a lot of work to do. Moving forward Dave was very professional. We communicated well with a plan. We were comfortable with Dave's advice. We welcomed Dave's offer to sell to the property to his boss.
