Tammy was highly recommended by a friend of mine, and she did not disappoint. I was first-time buyer in a bit of time crunch. She was understanding and respectful of that, especially that I couldn't take calls at certain times of the day. She was responsive and courteous, and went well beyond expectations in guiding me through everything. My purchasing experience was a nightmare, and she did anything she could to fight for me, assuage the seller so they didn't back out, and calm my anxieties when I got exasperated. I felt as though she truly cared for and about me as a home buyer, but as an individual with a life. She was up front with me on her scheduling and would not leave me hanging -- if there was a delay, there was a reason for it. I never felt like I was being thrown to the wolves or unable to question or ask for more information. Had I had a different agent, I'm not sure I'd have ended up closing on the house, or ended with the same agent as I started with. She was wonderful. She pushed when needed and read me when I needed assurance. You can really tell she enjoys the work and values her clients. I bought my first house thanks to Tammy. I'm grateful for all her help and support, because, let me tell you... IT IS NOT FUN! Nor is it easy, especially if you're looking to use first time buyers' programs. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat!
