I bought 2 house and sold one with Gina as my realtor. There's a reason why. Gina is now only so knowledgeable but she does whatever it takes to help. I'm very picky but she didn't give up on me until I found the condo I wanted. She traveled 180 miles to help me sell my house and had the best open house which sold my house in 24 hours. I would recommend her 100 over. The absolute best realtor anywhere. Thanks Gina 😊

Jennifer Alman was my realtor who helped me sell my townhouse at 61125 Heritage Blvd, South Lyon, MI. in November 2023. She was very knowledge of the market and advised me to price the townhouse at $95,000. This sold quickly, saving me a long wait during which I would have had to pay for insurance, co-op association monthly fee, and city and state taxes. Comparing my townhouse with other similar properties that were sold in the area at the time, I found the price that Jennifer advised to be a competitive and appropriate price, not too low nor too high. Jennifer was very good at communication and responded fully and promptly to my questions and phone calls. I found her to be a thoughtful, pleasant, and reliable sales agent representing me. I was very impressed with her professionalism.

I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 Stars for all the help received from Hady during the recent sale of my home as well as purchasing a condo. Hady did it all—found buyers in about a week, then hit the bricks to both find and help me move into the condo where I live now. (I was not expecting a quick sale—but Hady made it possible that I’d have more time if needed.) He had a number of possibilities for me to look at almost immediately. I didn’t have to worry about paperwork—he did it all. Phone calls were answered immediately—and there were a lot. THANK YOU, HADY BEYDOUN!!!
