I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 Stars for all the help received from Hady during the recent sale of my home as well as purchasing a condo. Hady did it all—found buyers in about a week, then hit the bricks to both find and help me move into the condo where I live now. (I was not expecting a quick sale—but Hady made it possible that I’d have more time if needed.) He had a number of possibilities for me to look at almost immediately. I didn’t have to worry about paperwork—he did it all. Phone calls were answered immediately—and there were a lot. THANK YOU, HADY BEYDOUN!!!

Hady was fantastic from the beginning. He gave me hints and ideas to make my home “show” better, and when the time came to actually sell, he got the job done in about a week. He was available to me every time I had questions—guided me through the whole process, and then helped me find exactly the type of new home I needed at this time in my life. I can’t say enough good things about this man! He did a wonderful job for me.

From the beginning, Hady asked questions on what I wanted, location and price range. From that point on, he only showed what houses that met my specification which did not wasting time with houses I would not interested in. While viewing houses, he was able to point out concerns with the house and helped in comparisons of prices with other houses in the area, which helped in making the offer that won the bid on the house.

Hady recently helped us find our condo near Dearborn Michigan. He was very professional, patient and helpful answering questions during the process. Since the purchase of our home my husband and I have become real estate investors and talk to Hady frequently for comps, walking properties, and giving us advice. Hady is awesome to work with, dependable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped us get a great deal on our recent condo and we will definitely be using him again in the near future.
