I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 Stars for all the help received from Hady during the recent sale of my home as well as purchasing a condo. Hady did it all—found buyers in about a week, then hit the bricks to both find and help me move into the condo where I live now. (I was not expecting a quick sale—but Hady made it possible that I’d have more time if needed.) He had a number of possibilities for me to look at almost immediately. Hady was fantastic from the beginning. He gave me hints and ideas to make my home “show” better, and when the time came to actually sell, he got the job done in about a week. From that point on, he only showed what houses that met my specification which did not wasting time with houses I would not interested in.
