It had the perfect amount of bedrooms and a fireplace. The backyard was fenced in and had a huge back yard to grow our family in the future. We bought it , signed the paperwork and moved in. Craig had a beautiful home welcoming sign made for us to keep forever and then for Christmas gave us a beautiful ornament with the year and our first home on it. We still put it up to this day.
