This is my fourth purchase with Karen and as usual another flawless process that was closed without any problems. If Karen has the words can’t,don’t and problem she never said anything of those words to me.

She explained what to expect and the timing for the purchase details. She set up appointments for real estate viewing visits, assisted us in the visit process and supplied information and contacts we that we needed. We purchased a previous home in our family with Penny's assistance and that went well too. She is very knowledgeable of all the requirements in the home buying process and she is a good person as well. We are glad to know Penny and appreciate her friendship and skills.
