From the moment we first interviewed Priscilla, we were impressed. She was no nonsense, honest, and driven. We hired her over other highly-sought after realtors in the area. We began our interactions finding the perfect home to move our family into, before we listed our old home. Priscilla listened to all of our hopes and dreams and within weeks, we were moving forward in purchasing a home that checked 95% of our boxes, and there were a lot of boxes. We had some miscommunications about initial listing price, but I would say that was our only hiccup in the whole process. We listed our home the first weekend in November. It's a tough time to list, especially with fluctuating interest rates, but Priscilla put our home out into all of the right places. When we made it to closing, we arrived to the table, knowing we had been well-represented, and that we were entirely prepared to sign our old home away to a family who had paid a fair price for a place we had many positive memories. Overall, we appreciated Priscilla's (and Jackie's) responsiveness, professionalism, helpfullness, and cooperation. We knew they had our best interests at heart through the whole process. While we hope to be in our forever home, should that change, we'd use Priscilla again without hesitation.
