Once we decided to place an offer we had a few hiccups on the sellers end and things out of our control. Our typical closing deadline was delayed, but Jim made sure to stay on top of things. He continued to update us throughout the whole process even when the answer was a simple “nothing yet”. We are extremely grateful for his diligence and knowledge that ultimately made our difficult journey easier. We will certainly recommend him to others!
