She had a marketing strategy when she listed it. She is ethical and direct and fights for what’s best for her clients. We were able to get 5% over asking without having to play games or negotiate. She handled so many things, that other realtors, usually put on me. She was always professional, while staying firm with the buyers agent, title company, etc. I have a lot of experience with realtors, and in buying/selling. I would say this experience was top notch.
