Having very recently sold my home through Strong Properties, I had the absolute pleasure of working with broker/realtor, Sheila Strong of Sheila, Strong Properties. Along with her associate realtor, Holly VanDyke, both ladies helped me secure a value of nearly $20,000 more than other similarly situated homes, as both ladies rolled-up their sleeves, and did everything they could to answer my many questions, accommodate me and help seal the deal on the sale of my house. Fast forward to my recent purchase of a home in the Kalamazoo area and pretty much Holly VanDyke went above and beyond anything I could’ve expected of her. Because Holly, I had only been a realtor for a little more than them. Couple of months at the time, anything she was uncertain of, she ran it by Sheila Strong and is quickly becoming a phenomenal realtor. Anything she did not know, she consulted Shelia and got the answers almost instantaneously. When I misplaced some of my emails/files, she pulled them up in short order and made a complicated situation on my end, look like it was no big deal to her. She was always there at every turn but on the rare instance when she could not fill-in, because of a family obligation, or a closing, Shelia stepped up to the plate and came through like a champion as well. I would not hesitate UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES to hire Holly VanDyke of Strong Properties with either Shelia and the up-and-coming Holly VanDyke, who I’ve been told Additionally, both Holly and Shelia have fantastic personalities, are cheerful in nature, and yet they can balance, children, spouses, and family life in general, along with their prosperous real estate business.
