Holly answered each of my questions quickly and thoroughly! She was proactive in setting up viewings for each house that we were interested in seeing. Holly took all the time that we needed and we never felt rushed. She took us multiple times so that we felt comfortable with our decision. Holly was all that we could have asked for in a realtor! Having very recently sold my home through Strong Properties, I had the absolute pleasure of working with broker/realtor, Sheila Strong of Sheila, Strong Properties. Along with her associate realtor, Holly VanDyke, both ladies helped me secure a value of nearly $20,000 more than other similarly situated homes, as both ladies rolled-up their sleeves, and did everything they could to answer my many questions, accommodate me and help seal the deal on the sale of my house.
