We met Marissa Mayberry of Remax Platinum of Fenton after planning for a year to sell our house. Even before we began that process, Marissa helped us to find a rental property. We are very happy with the rental where we live now, which we probably would not have found without her help. Once we moved from where we had lived for 17 years, Marissa led us through the process of staging it for sale. The photographer she chose did a very good job, as did the cleaning service she recommended. Marissa is very energetic and has a bubbly and friendly personality. Additionally, she was keen on getting the house sold as soon as possible. However, she wanted to be as fair as possible to us and the potential buyers. She explained the selling process to us and helped to set a price that would allow us to sell quickly. While there were a few things that needed to be done to the house, Marissa negotiated with the buyer’s agent and came to an agreement satisfactory to all. She was also very helpful at the time of the closing and with the title company. She then showed again that she had our best interests at heart, with a constant warmth and professionalism. We recommend Marissa Mayberry to buyers and sellers as an professional and hard worker. We would certainly use her again should we purchase another home in the near future. It is good to see that Remax has such real estate agents on its staff.
