I thoroughly enjoyed having Marilyn Rottner as my real estate agent. Marilyn is very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and gave me wonderful guidance, advice and feedback. Also, when you call she answers or calls back promptly. I was extremely impressed with the virtual tour both she and the photographer put together. It was a very professional presentation. She did her research knowing what was available and comparable in the area upon our first meeting. When I was not available she even blew the leaves off the lawn and walkway to make a beautiful home even more desirable to the existing sellers market. With that said she went above and beyond what is required by any real estate agent. Marilyn has many strengths and I feel she excels in this area of expertise.
