Crystal proved to be highly professional in handling the preparing, showing and ultimately the selling my home in a timely manner. She frequently reminded me not to worry and she would take care of it all. She certainly did that and more. She put me at ease through the whole process and I am very pleased to have had her as my agent.

Whether it’s a contractor, a colleague, or someone doing work on my home, I’m always thorough. You hear so many horror stories in every industry, and real estate is no exception. One of the biggest fears people have when buying or selling a home is the amount of money involved. The barrier to entry in real estate is low, so it’s easy to end up working with someone who’s just in it for the paycheck. Mark is not that kind of realtor. He genuinely goes above and beyond for his clients, and honestly, it sets the bar so high that I feel bad for anyone else I would work with in the future, when/if he retires. He listens, he’s patient, and he never rushes your process. He’s also taken a wide range of courses, so he can offer insight into things most realtors might overlook. Whether it’s pointing out something positive about a home or flagging a potential issue that could save you money down the road, Mark always has your back. That kind of knowledge and honesty is rare. What really stands out is that he’s not just there for the transaction. Even after I closed on my first home with him, I could still call him up with questions and he always answered. He made sure I had what I needed to feel comfortable as a homeowner, long after the deal was done. I just closed on the home I bought years ago and I’m working with Mark again for the next chapter. Karen Walls is professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable in her field of work. She breaks down everything that you may not understand, and she does not take advantage of you. I’ve known Mrs. Walls for approximately 20yrs, and she’s the only real estate agent I trust. She was recommended to me when I purchased my first home, and I highly recommend her to anyone else who’s searching for a home.

We could not have asked for a better team to support us through our first time home buying process. One of my favorite parts of working with a whole team rather than one realtor was that there was always someone available. If our main realtor (Greg) was out of town or sick, someone else could take us to see houses. We worked primarily with Greg, and he was absolutely fantastic. He responded quickly, worked around my husband and I’s crazy work schedules, and had great knowledge about the technical side of homes as well. He got me in to see the house we ended up purchasing a day before it was even on the market and he absolutely “sold us” to the previous owner of the house. He worked his magic behind the scenes with the seller and his agent and we got our dream first house! His explanations of every step of the home buying process were great and he knows this market and industry so well. I could not recommend the Randy Miller team enough, I tell everyone about how great they were to us! They feel like family and we will definitely keep in contact and use them again in the future.

Nathan is an excellent realtor. He is knowledgeable about marketing properties and resourceful in finding supports to upgrade the property.
