Tim handled the sale of my uncle's condo as part of our estate process. It was an enormously challenging time for me and Tim's compassion, experience, and persistence far exceed my expectations. I've never had a realtor go so far above and beyond to sell a property. And beyond all that, his approach helped us get more than the asking price! I really can't say enough good things about him. I wish I had more properties in that area so I could work with him again.
