Ryan Lally has been an absolute pleasure to work with, he is responsive, available, and always pursues your best interest. Ryan was a lifesaver for me, after a poor experience with a different agent, Ryan stepped up in a big way, got my house listed and had a clear marketing strategy. He helped get my house to listing standards, such has exterior painting and fixing a porch rail that had broken. Unfortunately during the time the house was on the market, a pipe burst and we had to take the listing down for renovations to be complete. Ryan was a great asset during this process, going so far as to walk through the house during each stage of the renovation as I was currently living out of state and couldn't check on the progress. Once the house was re-listed after renovations were complete, Ryan did a great job navigating offers and negotiating the final cost. He was also very helpful in working with me during the closing process as I was out of the country and had a difficult schedule to work with. While this process took longer than expected with a burst pipe and renovation mid-listing period, I wouldn’t have wanted to go through this with any other listing agent than Ryan. I really cannot speak highly enough or recommend him enough to others, you will be impressed by his work ethic and great communication. 10/10 recommend!
