Michelle helped us find our new home, supporting us at every turn. With low inventory and our high requirements, that was not an easy task. She gave honest advice about property when solicited. She kept us on track and moving forward even through our frustrations over the lack of available property. Michelle is an ethical realtor who is extremely good at her job. She is a people person. She is supportive and enjoyable to work with. We are so very pleased with her service.

Michelle was awesome to work with. She listened to our needs and wants and was very responsive when we reached out to her. She was always available when needed and was instrumental in helping us find the right neighborhood as we aren't from the area. We ended up deciding to build a new home and Michelle walked us through that process, worked with the builders and us to get the process started and was even there to help make some of the build decisions. We are very excited to start our new life in the Detroit area and can't say enough about how much Michelles help made that happen.

Laurie did a great job. She gave me advice on what I should and should not do to prep the house for sale. She advised me what was unnecessary as well as what needed top priority. Her communication was top notch, starting while I was doing repairs/cleanup and through closing. Here knowledge of the local market was great. I highly recommend her if you need someone to help you buy or sell real estate.

I have worked with Sue on 2 buys and 2 sells over the years and she knows her stuff. Her breadth of experience shines through every time. You can count on it. She's always available no matter the question. She makes the buying and selling experience much less stressful. If there is an issue, she figures it out and works hard for her clients. She always wears a smile!

Sue was outstanding throughout the entire process of selling our home. Her communication, advice and business expertise was invaluable to us and we could not have done this without her. We put our trust and faith in Sue and she out delivered on everything. She is the best! Thank you Sue!

I can’t say enough good things about Sue McFarland. After my mother passed away, I was faced with the difficult task of selling her home during an emotional time. From the very beginning, Sue showed compassion, patience, and professionalism every step of the way. Sue and her team guided me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and handled every detail with care and expertise while keeping the effort on my part minimal. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail helped the home sell quickly (1 day) and for a great price (above asking). Most importantly, she understood the sentimental value the home held for my family and treated the situation with genuine kindness and respect. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone selling their home.
