Vanessa worked within our budget and areas that we would like to live. There weren’t a lot of houses within our budget so we decided to expand our search. The house that we were living in sold the first day. So when we got in town there definitely was some pressure to find a house in a short period of time. Vanessa took us to visit homes that would suit our lifestyle and taste. Some houses that we looked at were a no right when we walked in the door. That never discouraged us or Vanessa, we just kept on searching. We walked through the last house and that was the house we purchased.
We have bought and sold several homes in three different states. Vanessa, by far, has been the best buyers’ realtor. We knew what was happening, when. She explained the process thoroughly and she was forthright regarding the pros and cons of each house we looked at! I trusted her to help us make the best home buying decision considering what was available!
