We can hardly express our gratitude and appreciation for Iryna. We had a very tight timeline to buy and close on a house as I am an incoming resident physician. The time between Match day (where we find out where we are doing our residency training) and when we start work is only a couple months. In addition to the time constraints, we were buying in Ann Arbor during one of the most competitive sellers markets with a low inventory of houses available. Iryna worked literally around the clock to book every possible house that met our criteria and write offers on houses. I could not believe the attentiveness, efficiency and shear passion with which she worked. She truly treated us like family. We closed and got keys to our new home May 3rd. When I tell family and friends this timeline they are shocked with how fast we were able to accomplish this.
