Excellent experience

My greatest challenge in choosing a realtor was finding one that would be fair with their commission and be a straight shooter with information. Ben did that well. I wanted to get a fair price for my house. I believe I got that and he sold my house in 37 days! I appreciated the genuine concern that he had for my situation and he catered to those needs.
