Pat has been great so far! She knew I was in a hurry, met me at night on short notice. Got a response to my offer late that night and called with the counter offer, she didn't wait until morning like most people would have. I countered back and she went to the builder that night and got my offer accepted! I am in a hurry to close and she has been prompt with my lender as well! Highly recommend!
