Greg helped us buy a house in Ludington, MI and guided us through the entire process. He was very responsive with our questions through phone calls, emails, and text messaging, which was helpful since we live in Grand Rapids. The home we ended up purchasing was almost to foreclosure and was scheduled for the sheriff sale. We were very concerned about what the process entailed but Greg knew how everything worked and told us not to worry he will take care of things as this was his job. He wasn't kidding, we now own the house and Greg has checked in with us to see if there was anything he could do for us even after the sale. Plus, if you need some outside help for home repairs, Greg has a contact for just about anything you need. If you are in the market, call Greg he will get the job done!

We are so lucky to have had Sharon to guide us through the process of purchasing our home. Sharon is extremely responsive, proactive, knowledgeable, patient, and phenomenally kind. Our journey was not without bumps but Sharon helped guide us and keep us (me) calm and optimistic the entire way. After 10 years in real estate in my former career, I can honestly say that I have never encountered an agent with Sharon's level of professionalism, savvy, and genuine care for her clients. We are truly grateful to her for her tireless work and for her friendship. There is no one better to shepherd buyers through the daunting process of finding and purchasing a home. Sharon is, without question, the BEST.
