Brenda was very helpful in the selling of my mother’s house. She had good ideas when small problems arose. She answered my questions when there were some confusion. She was helpful at finding a handyman. Which made the sale of the house happen.

There's so much that goes into selling and buying. And having a realtor do all the hard work is so appreciated. There's confusion. There's questions, but that's what Brenda was there for to answer, All of them and to ease all of it so it would go more smoothly. There were many hiccups that she took care of I definitely do not ever want her job. Her job is secure if we were the only 2 realtors out there, id starve she'd get the job done!! Way too much behind the scenes that needs to be done. It's not just looking at properties. It's not just having people come in and look at your property. It's the technical side of things behind the scenes that she took care of. Thankful and grateful , I'm glad it's done. My hope is other realtors will realize how important it is That their job is, so not to make it so difficult for others. Brenda dogs just that. Thank you

Any time we would have a question, regardless of what it was she never hesitated to get us the correct answer, Jody was very comfortable with a few glitches but kept the whole situation very professional. Would recommend to anyone.
