By the end of our first meeting I was confident he was the pro for the job. He had already done the market research, he knew Muskegon, and in particular my market. He and his friendly staff coached me through the hurdles. Dave personally helped me get the place ready for the sale and we were able to list it in short order. We received good offers right away. All in all it was a very good experience and didn't take the months and months i had dreaded. I just had to get my furniture moved out and Dave handled the rest. I would select him again.
