As a first time homebuyer I was SO anxious about buying a house. I think I reached out to Jake 10 months before I even needed a house. He is the most patient, kind, and driven person and it makes him the greatest realtor! He held my hand through everything and made all of the overwhelming tasks so easy and stress-free. When I found the house I loved (somehow on the first try), we knew it was going to be extremely competitive (and it was). Jake worked hard to establish a relationship with the seller’s agent and find out what we needed to get the house. Long story short: Jake beat out 21 other offers (some even priced higher than mine) because of the offer he created and the relationship he built. I would seriously recommend Jake to anybody (and even recommended him to my mom, who is now house hunting with him). He is everything a realtor and a friend should be, and more!
