I had the pleasure to work with Rick both selling a home and purchasing a new one. Rick was upfront, honest and genuine with the selling and purchase of my families homes. As to be expected with any home buying/selling process there were bumps in the road. Rick addressed each issue quickly, and offered his knowledge on the current situation at hand. Julie was an excellent selling agent. She showed us good comparable homes in our area to get us in the right selling price range. She provided excellent floor plans, photographs, and aerial drone pics. She held open houses every 2 weeks. When we got offers, she fought hard for us to ensure that we got the best sale price, as well as negotiated for us with regards to items on the inspection. She definitely made us feel like family, and in the end, did a lot of very personal touches as a realtor, surely going above and beyond in many ways. We would highly recommend Julie to anyone.

We randomly found Scott and couldn't have gotten luckier! Scott helped us find our dream home and guided us through far more than just buying a home. He brought in his builder to answer our questions about a possible remodel. He brought in a pool person to look at the property and see if it was possible. He walked through the inspection with us and the inspector. He provided us names of contractors that were affordable and did amazing work. And then afterwards, he sold a lot of property for us that has since paid for the pool. We couldn't be happier with our home, the remodel and how everything has turned out a mere 18 months later. I couldn't recommend Scott more. He is personable, a great person, easy to get along with and most of all, he will be your advocate all the way through the process. You can't go wrong with him.
