Julie was an excellent selling agent. She showed us good comparable homes in our area to get us in the right selling price range. She provided excellent floor plans, photographs, and aerial drone pics. She held open houses every 2 weeks. When we got offers, she fought hard for us to ensure that we got the best sale price, as well as negotiated for us with regards to items on the inspection. She definitely made us feel like family, and in the end, did a lot of very personal touches as a realtor, surely going above and beyond in many ways. We would highly recommend Julie to anyone.
