Being a first time home-buyer, I didn't realize how extensive this process could be. Eric was able to not only show me the house and help me with the offer and closing, but he was able to make the process less stressful by referring me to a trusted lender and an inspector as well. He was able to negotiate with the seller and I got the price I wanted to pay for the house. He was able to move quickly and did a lot of work behind the scenes that was much appreciated. There isn't anyone I would trust more whether buying or selling a home. Eric will be the only person I work with in the future and I would recommend him to anyone in the area.
