I was looking to buy my first home and it turns out that it's a very difficult and scary thing. Sandy helped me through all the problems and processes. She was available to answer any questions and concerns I had at any time. She worked with me and my schedule to go to the showings and gave me pointers on what to look for. Without Sandy's help I wouldn't have been able to buy the house I wanted, in the area I wanted, for the price I wanted !! If your looking to buy or sell your home I strongly recommend Sandy Jones!

We had such a great experience with Barb as our real estate agent. We successfully sold our home of 19 years with Barb's expertise and she found the perfect lot for us to purchase for building our new home. She is straight-forward, honest, patient, informed, attentive and communicative. When you hire Barb, you also tap into her impressive, long list of contacts and her network. Barb has a contact name for anything you might need throughout the process from cleaners, handy people, landscapers, packers/movers, etc. This was particularly evident when we felt overwhelmed with the process and she was able to put us in contact with someone to help with every step or when needed. She has a great eye for detail and crosses every "T" and dots every single "I." From beginning to end, working with Barb was a 5 star experience. We realized after speaking with friends who had recently been through the real estate process with other agents, we had made a great choice selecting Barb as our agent. When discussions always ended with "Barb did that for you? She helped you with that? Our realtor didn't do any of that" Yes, Barb did. She exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond on all fronts. We have all the confidence in the world recommending Barb and we're so pleased with our outcome. Thank you Barb!

Amazing service, and can-do attitude as we worked through the journey to purchase our home! We were living in another state, had a wide search radius and knew we wanted to purchase if something came up we liked while we were out of state, but also willing to wait for the right home. James kept us in the loop on the market, went and video toured property for us while so we wouldn't miss out on seeing things. He was our advocate and listened carefully to our needs. We ended up buying a beautiful home, before moving to the state and it was incredibly smooth for all the potential missteps that could have happened. Highly recommend James and we plan to use him again as we make more purchases in the future.
