Amy is an exceptional realtor who went above and beyond throughout our entire home-buying experience. As an out-of-state buyer working from across the country, I needed someone I could trust completely—and Amy exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, Amy was proactive, generous with her time, and a true advocate. Her expertise in the Fort Collins market was evident at every turn, but what really set her apart was her genuine care and commitment. She didn't just help me find a house; she ensured everything was in tip-top shape before I even arrived, handling details that most realtors would consider beyond their scope. What makes Amy truly remarkable is that she provided this level of exceptional service during a time of incredible difficulty in her own personal life. Without hesitation or delay, she remained attentive and completely in-step with all of my needs. Her professionalism and dedication never wavered. The entire long-distance process could have been stressful and complicated, but Amy made it seamless. I'm confident I wouldn't have been nearly as successful without her guidance, attention to detail, and dedication. If you're looking for a realtor who combines expertise with exceptional service and genuine care—even under challenging circumstances—I cannot recommend Amy highly enough.

Josh was amazing at helping me buy my first home! While he may have been new to Wayne County, it was clear Josh took the extra time to get to know the area as well as its uniqueness in the home buying process. Josh is a trustworthy, organized and punctual realtor that I would recommend to ANYONE! You will be well cared for and heard every step of the way.
