I reached out to Jill Ortlieb from Berkshire Hathaway to let her know that my parents had decided to move here from South Dakota and it was time to find them a home relatively quickly. Right from the beginning Jill wanted to know all about my parents and what kind of home they were truly wanting. Jill listened to their many requests and not once pushed us in a different direction. Jill also helped us by explaining the current state of the home buying market which helped greatly. The last item I must say is she handled all the paperwork coordination between my parents still living in South Dakota and the State of Michigan. This was very stressful at times but Jill was always patience and would tell us everything is going to be fine.
