Dave is very detailed organized person He gives you a full comparison of properties prior to setting selling price. The listing was wrote as a Story with a personalization for the new buyer to imagine ownership . The listing had over 30 pictures and a Video walkthru which missed nothing as I was selling as a "turn-key" listing . I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a hard working salesperson who has high integrity and professionalism and a man of his word . I have had him sell my main House a few years back and it was quick sale also. Give Dave a chance you will be satisfied with his results .
