Dave is very detailed organized person He gives you a full comparison of properties prior to setting selling price. The listing was wrote as a Story with a personalization for the new buyer to imagine ownership . The listing had over 30 pictures and a Video walkthru which missed nothing as I was selling as a "turn-key" listing .
