I came to value her opinions about questions I may have had concerning the layout and materials used in the homes that we were looking at. She also was knowledgeable about the inner workings of the house such as the boiler, electrical systems, etc. as well as noticing potential problems such as mold , etc. Overall I really enjoyed working with her as my realtor.

I emailed Beth about interest in selling my home. She responded quickly to my email and appointment was made that week. Her expertise and knowledge of when to market my house were spot on! Selling your home can be an emotional roller coaster. Her guidance and advice were from her heart. She made sure paperwork was properly written and sent to other realtors. I also purchased a home with Beth. I approached her with a list my “needs and wants for a new home”. Not a small task but she accepted my challenge and did find me the absolutely perfect home. Beth has a connection with local realtors that I found to be charming. Beth has become a great friend. I wouldn’t go with anyone else!!
