Kim and I looked at about a dozen homes together. She was very punctual and knowledgeable about the areas that the homes were in. I came to value her opinions about questions I may have had concerning the layout and materials used in the homes that we were looking at. She also was knowledgeable about the inner workings of the house such as the boiler, electrical systems, etc. as well as noticing potential problems such as mold , etc. Overall I really enjoyed working with her as my realtor.
