The last item I must say is she handled all the paperwork coordination between my parents still living in South Dakota and the State of Michigan. This was very stressful at times but Jill was always patience and would tell us everything is going to be fine. Jill was 100% correct as my folks purchased their dream home and continue to talk about the incredible effort of Jill Ortlieb to make that happen! You are awesome Jill :-)

Dennis worked as a double agent for us. He represented us on the sale of our house and assisted us in the purchase our current home.
