My ex-husband disappeared after the divorce and house was awarded to me. I had concerns about being able to sell the house if I couldn't find him to sign a quit claims deed. Brian took care of everything, was honest, and answered any questions I had or clarification I needed.

Betsy helped me navigate my purchase of a condominium and the sale of my home through some very trying and emotional times. She displayed an exceptional knowledge of the real estate market and everything involved with both the buying and selling components of both transactions.
