Dawn was a great Realtor to work with. From the beginning she gave me tips on what to do or not do before I put my house on the market. Once listed I had an offer in 9 days. Everything went so smoothly and she answered all my questions and was very prompt in getting back with me. I moved to Alabama after sale of my house and was aware of time frame and made sure closing happened the day I left. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a house.

He was almost like a dad during the home buying process, pointing out things to look for, explaining how something could be fixed, and letting us know whether it would be a simple fix or something more expensive. Even after we closed, he continued to go above and beyond. He surprised us with a thoughtful gift and even had all of the locks on our new home changed for us. He is such a genuinely sweet guy who really takes care of his clients and is always there to answer questions, even after you’ve bought your home.
