Faced with selling a 1910 2 bedroom city home in Grand Rapids, MI while living in NC. Our home had great curb appeal and great location. However the interior was showing its age and a 100 years of do it yourself construction. Karen stepped up and helped us from the start. Giving advice on what to do before listing, helping us find contractors and certification when we found foundation issues. Since we live out of state she met with contractors and coordinated estimates. She kept daily communication open sharing potential buyer reviews. Gave us advice on pricing and when to adjust. In the end we sold for well over our final asking price. In just over 3 months on the market. I’d recommend Karen to anyone selling a home in West Michigan.

Tim is a wonderful person to work with. He is down to earth, kind, thoughtful and full of resources for whatever issue might come up. He was my daughter realtor and he did so much to help her, I had him help us to sell two homes. My stepdaughter wanted to see a house she fell in love with that was an hour away. He took us all to see t and gave us many options to help the young couple out in restoring the old home. I would highly recommend him and my family will use him again if the need arises. Thanks Tim for being you.
