In this market you need to jump on every home you’re interested in quickly. When I say she set up showings immediately I mean it, there were times we left with in the hour. She spent several afternoons/evenings with us going from house to house. She was honest with her opinions of each home and was very knowledgeable. Stacey was quick to get our offers in and thoroughly explained everything in detail so I understood knowing this was my first time purchasing a home.
