Going through a divorce and selling my home at the same time was not something I ever expected to deal with. I was ready to close that chapter of my life and move forward, and the last thing I needed was more stress. Brian understood that. He wasn't just there to put a sign in the yard and sell the house. He helped me through the entire process and handled things I honestly didn't want to have to worry about. His background as a former home inspector made a real difference. He spotted several issues before the buyer's inspection, which gave us a chance to deal with them ahead of time instead of being blindsided during negotiations. Even after the house sold, Brian didn't disappear. When there was an issue with money being held in escrow after closing, he stayed on it until my money was released. What I appreciated most was knowing I had somebody in my corner during a pretty difficult time in my life. Brian helped me sell my house, but more than that, he helped me get through the process and finally move forward. I would recommend Brian Marchi to anyone looking for a Realtor who actually cares about what his clients are going through.

Darryl Howard did an excellent job handling the sale of my home. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the market. He made the entire process smooth and kept me informed every step of the way. Darryl went above and beyond to make sure my home was marketed properly and sold in a timely manner. His communication was clear, and he was always available to answer questions or address concerns. I highly recommend Darryl Howard to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He truly cares about his clients and works hard to get the best results.

My house needed a lot of TLC with little budget to fix and she was able to sell my house within four months at a fairly good price that I was very happy with! Jeneifer is very caring for her clients as well, and that's important to her because I've seen her actions and heard her words towards to her clients! I promise you for sure, is that she will NOT disappoint you, because she truly cares! And she means well! ❤️
