Crystal is amazing and more like a friend than an agent/broker. The depth of her experience in this business surpasses any other agent/broker we have ever had. She staged our home with some her amazing touches along with advising us to further achieve a smoother sale transition. Crystal was determined to sell our house in a weekend and then she did! We didn’t deal with Jim at all, but Crystal was great. She has been a realtor for forty years, so is very knowledgeable. She gave us good advice as we went through the process. However, she was also receptive to our thoughts and opinions. She responded promptly to any requests or questions we had. We were very satisfied with how our home sale turned out.
