Nicole was referred to us by an out of state realtor. She exceeded expectation set by previous agents. With the new market dynamic she was patient, understand and upfront. All things needed in the market right now! An in depth discussion of what we wanted and needed, prompt responses during the process and engaging to the other parties. She did amazing walk throughs of the homes due to us being out of state. She was as critical as we would have been in person. We purchased sight unseen and she took care of the entire process.
