Tina was amazing! I had a an empty rental that was in need of alot of repair and updating, had back property taxes due and even an outragous water bill left by previous renters. I stressed over it, thinking I would have to do alot of work and spend money I really didn't have. She was referred by a friend of mine. She is very well connected in the realty community and had a good staff. The house was listed and sold in HOURS! I got over the asking price and houses debt was paid during closing!!
