Michele's knowledge of the market was outstanding. She was able to get me the best price due to that knowledge, her extensive research into that area of Asheville, and her incredible negotiation skills! I was amazed at how she communicated with me every day, to up date me on what was going on, or just to check on me during my packing and sadness in moving out of a place that had been in my family for 66 years! She was a true professional! Michele was also very caring and concerned for me and my wishes. So thankful for her guidance through the whole process! She is a remarkable agent!

We never felt rushed or pressured to move forward with homes and Jerlee was so helpful with all the questions we threw her way. As first time homebuyers, she did a great job of educating us and guiding us through the process. Jerlee is a true gem!
