I’ve worked with Scott now over the course of 8 years, through buying a house, renting with multiple tenants, and selling that same house. He’s kind and caring first and foremost- I can trust him as a person here to help; he’s not just in it for his own gain. Professionally he’s extremely knowledgeable, quick in responses, researches when he needs more information for a complete answer, and communicates with intelligence and understanding. He goes the extra mile, and has helped me in a pinch with water, electric, lawn, overall presentation, etc. when I’d forgotten something, especially being that I was living in another state much of the time during our sale and rentals. He was a pleasure to work with, and I’ll reach out again if/when I am back in the market to buy in MI. I would recommend him any day.

Julia Toro Schubert helped the home buying process be straightforward and simple! She works in a way that is prompt and assuring, allowing the process to move along steady and with clarity. She equipped us with all the information paired with a kindness that gave us the all we needed to make informed decisions without complications. But calm in no way means slow, we were quick to see homes that interested us and quick to make an offer. Julia is great at communicating with the seller as well, has a great handle on potential issues with the home and was able to inform us on how extensive certain renovations would be etc. which was very valuable when looking at older homes in need of work. I really appreciate the guidance she gave me and my partner in our first home buying experience and would surely recommend her to all!

Katie was extremely communicative and professional. She helped us step by step to buy our first home! We were really happy with our experience because she made it easy.
