I’ve worked with Scott now over the course of 8 years, through buying a house, renting with multiple tenants, and selling that same house. He’s kind and caring first and foremost- I can trust him as a person here to help; he’s not just in it for his own gain. Professionally he’s extremely knowledgeable, quick in responses, researches when he needs more information for a complete answer, and communicates with intelligence and understanding. He goes the extra mile, and has helped me in a pinch with water, electric, lawn, overall presentation, etc. when I’d forgotten something, especially being that I was living in another state much of the time during our sale and rentals. He was a pleasure to work with, and I’ll reach out again if/when I am back in the market to buy in MI. I would recommend him any day.

We were buying a home while living in another state. Scott helped us navigate the Michigan home purchase process with ease. The home was in an estate and Scott also helped us navigate the additional steps required to make the purchase. He answered all of our questions very quickly and was a great help during the overall process.
